I'm Natalie

I am a certified herbalist in the Central Florida area. Over 6 years ago, I began my business with massage therapy healing arts… but there was something missing. I kept having clients tell me about their sleep issues, chronic inflammation, daily anxiety/depression… the list goes on.

So I went on a year long journey of hands-on herbalist training, so that I can help my community even more. I am passionate about crafting herbal products to help with every day problems, as well as customized tea blends catered to your specific chemical makeup.
